    @jordiplier before I started eating raw primal i was very depressed because my hormones were all over place, afterwards Im much more stable and im overall more able to deal with my emotions in good ways. My cramps are better too however they have not gone away completely. As for other physical differences, I have not noticed my breasts getting larger however in general even though I’m losing fat theyre still staying the same size from when I had more body fat. Im also just losing allot of bloating as when I ate “normally” I would bloat so much. My hair has gotten more healthy, my eyelashes have grown and my nails are super strong now despite them being brittle in the past

    @AutisticMan dont eat organs in that period if you get it bad because of a raw diet happened to me i just stopped eating organs for a bit and it fixed it

    Idk, think about your health. I fucking hated getting sunburned all the time and I got so depressed cause I couldnt even be outside for a longer time without getting burnt. That's one of the reasons why I wanna eat healthy. I hope I get my first actual tan this summer now that I've been eating raw fat for a year. I must have eaten way to many seed oils before. I think the best reason to eat raw meat and everything is based on how you look/your development. Do you want to have a wide and broad smile, do you want forward growth in the face, do you want to have prominent cheekbones, do you want to be taller and have a wider frame. Ok so here is the golden rule eating natural food. You should never restrict yourself ever. You should treat yourself as much as you can and you can eat whatever you want and how much you want as long as it's natural and raw. If you wanna eat a pound of raw butter everyday then it's not even a problem if you feel ok doing it ofc (just an example). Though it's different for modern humans as detoxing give you symptoms and eating strategically would be the best course of action. I recommend you follow aajonus. And btw don't eat frozen stuff. Always prioritize fresh.

    You don't have to cook it. Cut it up in small pieces (as small as you like) and it it like that and get accustomed to the feeling that way

    Well if you didn't know food (actual food) cannot expire and only ferment if it's not contaminated. To slow down fermentation just put the meat in the fridge and then take it out and let it get to room temp before eating. Make sure your fridge isn't too cold. If u live with ur parents or something then it's not the end of the world tho. I recommend you make some high meat.

    @zygomidus Don't be worried if it's raw. Raw fats are far different from eating cooked fats when it comes to absorbing the toxicity.

    @matsco0612 Yeah the diet is gonna help massively. Severe anxiety just means your brain and nervous system ia not healthy. You need to eat nutrient dense raw animal foods like raw liver and a lot animal fat to rebuild parts of the brain and body so it will be closer to a natural state where there are no severe anxiety for no reason. Humans still have some anxiety as its evolutionarily adaptive but it doesnt feel too bad or overwhelming.

    Probably too little fat. And I'm guessing you eat beef which will cause over acidity for beginners so switch to lean chicken and high fat. Also have some vegetable juice.
