    @PrimalFingolian also vegetable juice is the only thing (as far as I know) that will deliver enzymes directly to your cells. The only way to replenish your enzyme bank account, lost enzymes from years of cooked foods. This is part of degeneration. Seriously did yall even read my post

    Smear it with fat(to reduce itching) and let it happen. Probably those are degenerative skin cells that where damaged by the sun, you don’t have any bacteria to eat it so you have a ‘fungus’ doing it. Just let it happen. Maybe you could put some meat on it too to provide some bacteria and possibly speed it up

    I've actually heard differently, I've also heard that aged beef or bison that has grown older than 4 years tastes better than the regular schedule killed beef/bison

    @jordiplier before I started eating raw primal i was very depressed because my hormones were all over place, afterwards Im much more stable and im overall more able to deal with my emotions in good ways. My cramps are better too however they have not gone away completely. As for other physical differences, I have not noticed my breasts getting larger however in general even though I’m losing fat theyre still staying the same size from when I had more body fat. Im also just losing allot of bloating as when I ate “normally” I would bloat so much. My hair has gotten more healthy, my eyelashes have grown and my nails are super strong now despite them being brittle in the past

    @AutisticMan dont eat organs in that period if you get it bad because of a raw diet happened to me i just stopped eating organs for a bit and it fixed it

    Probably too little fat. And I'm guessing you eat beef which will cause over acidity for beginners so switch to lean chicken and high fat. Also have some vegetable juice.

    Anything cold is actually probably worse than you think. You will not digest milk properly if it's cold and you need to drink it slowly so you don't just piss everything out, I mean you could just store it at room temp as it will just ferment into kefir or whatever you wanna call it

    may be counter intuitive but the first time i decided to eat raw liver i starved for 2 days then ate it when your hunger instincts kick in you will eat fucking anything that liver tasted amazing + it was from a grain fed animal, now i can eat it normally.

    Food that is raw is recognized by the body as food. You will excrete excess vitamins and minerals. Andreas Nilsson ate 1.05kg of liver in a sitting and nothing really happened (still a horrible idea... he just did it for fun lol). 150g is absolutely fine I also eat 150-200g of liver a day. Comparing real food with "supplements" is a big mistake. You shouldnt worry about eating too much of anything if it's actual food. Trust your instincts. If you feel fine then you are fine cause you know you aren't consuming anything that's inherently toxic. Your body's system is way more advanced and intelligent and gives you way better advice.
