I was searching the internet a bit if there are any harms/dangers of taking B12 supplements because it would make my argument better against supplements tbh the only Supplements I know that are bad are Omega-6 and Omega-3 obviously since most are oxidzed, but for the rest of the supplements idk really any danger possibly heavy metals??? Idk if someone know would be cool to know

Don't take supplements, most are toxic. The only Supplements i would argue for are a High grade Collagen powder.
