Your body actively utilizes them they're just unideal so you want to gain a bunch of bodyfat on primal (so all your new fat is <6% pufa) and then lose a bunch of fat on primal (to shed all of the old pufa fat) and it works especially well because pufa cells are readily available for lipolysis and will be burned preferentially due to being so liquidy

@Rawsei sure I know that but that doesn't explain how lymphatic hot baths will detox seed oils like people say they will
