@Tyler 100 % agree with you, i think that hot bath and "melting seed oils" is just weird tbh. Seed oils are made from extremely high tempratures if you would try melting them with hot baths the tempratures needed would burn of your skin, muscles and bones before touching the seed oils.

However i believe that the lube formula is pretty good, whether it delivers as promised or not, at the end of the day its just healthy raw fats which is good for energy + nutrition.

Vegetable juice is 50/50 imo, its dependent on the person. Some people benefit from it some people find it does nothing. For some it can cause problems.

Finally a logical dude on here bro

Yeah that’s a good point about the lube formula. I don’t have honey or lemons but I love egg yolks and milk. Ikr I was like finally someone who has an ability to think for themself instead of swallowing and regurgitating Aajonus or goatis claims.

@Tyler but your not “thinking for yourself” you don’t understand the reasons behind those so how can you “think for yourself” you are better off regurgitating Aajonus at this intelligence level

@Elliott87 i literally am thinking for myself tho, im questioning things like how can you "melt" seed oils or microplastics with hot baths? Or how can you fix scoliosis/bad posture with this diet? Like the claim that you made the other day. Or that the body doesnt have white/red blood cells and only bacteria or whatever it was, i read all kinds of straight up crazy claims on here and in general about the diet.

you don´t understand the reasons behind those so how can you "think for yourself"

you do realize that this same argument can be used to back up mainstream diet advice, or atleast non rawprimal diets like cooked diets and "balanced" diets. Do you think you understand everything about normal diet advice? Chances are you dont. Yet you can still disprove it or at the very least go against it. Same thing here man, but for some reason you guys take this as being written in stone.

well id hope that people don't just blindly follow everything, no?

put some thought behind it, we got a brain for a reason

to understand, i do agree with you, but to me it just seems like common sense

Haha bro what… I am thinking for myself… do you want me to share my exact thought processes? When Aajonus says vegetable juices and hot baths help detoxify the body, I think about how it wouldn’t make sense for a hot bath to melt things in the body, or for a juice to do anything beneficial. Then, I realize he has no scientific basis for his claims other than pure theory. Finally, I choose not to adopt his claims into my lifestyle because they seem to be pointless. Aajonus says honey helps “distribute fat evenly” in the body. I don’t feel the honey distribute fat so why would I believe it? What piece of evidence ever says honey helps distribute fats into the body? None. So I don’t have honey. Aajonus also says raw meat is better than cooked meat and having plenty of animal fats is important. I feel good when I eat raw meats and plenty of animal fats, so I do believe it and I do eat these foods. This isn’t rocket science bro.

You’d be surprised… many people here just re state exactly what Aajonus says. Sv3rige has videos about general life philosophy and his followers just blindly follow and believe what he says. Some people treat this shit like a religion.

Hopefully this will grow into a megathread that is useful to the community
I will update this post as time goes on.

Look, is this diet all false, and is aajonus just a grifter? I dont think so, i think we need to give credit where it belongs as this diet has a ton of upsides. Especially upsides that are limited to this diet and you cant find on cooked diets.

                HOWEVER!!!

The same logic that discards all studies, especially on cooked foods, can be used to "prove" that cigarettes might not be dangerous. Of course, everyone knows cigarettes are bad, but once upon a time this was not the case, people actually advocated for them or argued they were. How did we disprove this? Studies. But by the logic we use here, all those studies are false and we dont actually know for a fact is smoking is bad or not. You see where I am going with this? Its easy for us to hide behind the wall of "all studies are funded/wrong/not scientific" etc.

I dont think we are necessarily wrong here just for the sake of the argument, but the way many of us argue is just a logical fallacy. The "evidence section" of this forum is growing weaker the more you think of it, and just because aajonus did something does not mean its right. Think for a moment, aajonus got where he got because he questioned whats around him, yet on here many refuse to do so. This might be hard for some of you to grasp but "Aajonus did it" is not a justification, we have to look at WHY he did it. He also made some insane claims about the body that literally don´t have anything to do with cooked vs raw food which means it doesn´t change based on the diet, yet people here gobble it up. Of course, some things we know for sure are logical, like why we need fats for example and the basics on how to run the diet.

But at the end of the day, we are running on theories, that run on logical inconsistencies, that are used to back up other theories. Its very hard to know if what we are saying is actually true.

                What are your thoughts?

@Chill I agree even on this forum Im posting some stuff and am waiting for a debunk or a other explanation or maybe how my understanding is flawed instead people just follow Aajonus or other people religously and are just copying whatever for example Aajonus says, without any understanding

                never stress

Another thing people miss is that this diet isnt even complete man. Lets say aajonus was correct with his "facts", well he still has 1 or 2 unreleased books, meaning who knows what information we got there which is useful for us on the diet. You see the point? How can we know that what we have is complete information? And not just parts of an ecosystem of knowledge that we dont have access to.
