    @Reyu Never take that stuff; it's produced in a lab and made with petroleum. Besides, your body won't absorb it because it has no nutrients, and the studies are backed by the same companies. If you want to gain weight, eat raw fat, maybe fruit juice (with raw fat).

    @Reyu well if you want to get very muscular the primal diet isn't optimal its not very calorie dense, its expensive and lacks carbs.

    It gets bad when you start freezing-thawing-freezing-thawing, lots of water soluble vitamins are lost. I thaw my meat then just keep it in the fridge if I don't finish it in one go.

    @R-ROBBINN I eat grain fed cause I can't get fram raised where I live but don't get vaccinated and if you gonna eat the grain fed cut of the fat and the skin and just eat it with some butter or egg yolk

    @ENAMV It overloads liver function, produces excess uric acid, triglycerides, and fat storage. It also interferes with mitochondrial efficiency and deuterium depletion as well as promoting rapid fermentation in gut - feeds yeasts and bad bacteria, causes bloating, gas, inflammation, and leaky gut in sensitive people. But this is better applied when the fructose is in isolation, when eaten with fats it slows absorption, buffers the liver load, reduces blood-sugar volatility, limits fat storage from fructose, and minimizes gut fermentation issues. So it isn't as horrible as eating fructose alone, by avoiding it, I meant eating it isolated but I suppose in this scenario its fine so that's my mistake.

    @JRUNJRJRJNN-RNJ Yeah there is no need for anything else optimally, blood yeah, heart is also better than muscle meat. But all consumable raw animal foods are good obviously.
