The body willingly gives up some calcium to export a toxin out. So as I said before, after years on the diet and significant detoxification it may be possible that your urine is far less toxic and that your can benefit from for example, the stem cells that are excreted.

@Jay people also get detox when it's warm. I think maybe it's an instinctual reaction to cold climates? most animals stay indoors, caves, hide when it's cold, maybe the body understands its cold outdoors and decides it's a better time to perform a detox. to not hinder hunting or other activities, since in cold you mostly rest and chill in your shelter.
