Paraphrased - his condition deteriorated after his gf left him alone to go to Bangkok on his request, he started accepting painkillers and treatment while she was gone. - also if you read his sons’s itnerview, his son says there are 10 different reasons for his death on the autopsy and it was very suspicious.
