Is it worth drinking frozen colostrum? I can get it for really cheap (€2/L) but as I said it’s frozen.
Is there any information on it? Or research about frozen milk because that’s very closely correlated

Better than nothing especially with that price. You could also get close to the farmer if you get it from one and ask to prepare some unfrozen and unrefrigerated for you and offer to pay more
