Let's go!!! Your body is adapted to natural foods. Your body is smart and won't digest the food particles with toxins on them cause the body will recognize it as food (the raw milk in this case) only if it's raw. Drinking grain fed milk is very good, just not perfect. So you'll be fine. I would recommend to wait until its room temp, then lot it rest at room temp for a couple of hours and then drink it so the enzymes and everything becomes active. If your still growing then you should drink I'd say minimum 2L/day. Btw I just found a giga Chad farmer that sells me more raw milk despite the laws in sweden.

@Mishutka_47 yea, so for context, our mitochondria needs electrons to work and these electrons can leak because of oxidative stress or a few other things. Grounding is basically free electrons from the earth. This can improve your metabolism because it combats oxidative stress. This is one of many mechanisms by which grounding helps your body. It's very evident that humans were very often grounded and are meant to be so.

@Jack I had this knee click for years (not painful or anything) and it fixed in like 2 weeks of just thinking about my gait. Pretty interesting how things align themselves when you align yourself with nature.

@Swansven There is definetely some small visible improvements in density, length seems similar though. I think the first after picture best shows the density increase in the eyelashes. Its not the half an inch or whatever that you thought, but definetely improvement nontheless. Good work!

@Elina @Elina said in Your Opportunity to Strengthen RawPrimal Evidence: @admin Why not using studies ? Because studies are not science. Definition of science: Science is the practice of forming claims about the natural world that are empirically grounded, rigorously testable, reproducible, and falsifiable. Empirical: grounded in careful, objective observation of the real world, with clear measurement methods. Rigorously testable: the claim can be examined through well-defined, repeatable procedures that control for bias and confounding factors. Reproducible: independent researchers, using the same methods, can replicate the study and arrive at consistent results. Falsifiable: there exists a conceivable observation or experiment that could definitively show the claim is false. If any of those fail, it’s not science. Where most studies break is that they are not rigorously testable. Observational studies can’t fully isolate variables. Lifestyle, genetics, socioeconomic factors, all confound results. On the other hand when we use biochemistry especially in human physiology. We can generate information that is highly scientific. Biochemistry is excellent as it stays on the highly objective chemistry and then derives only the as closely as possible objective theories from biology that are closely linked to chemistry and filters the more fringe biological theories that are not derived using chemistry. Biochemistry is truly as close we can get to real science which is empirical, rigorously testable, reproducible and falsifiable. Example how a study fails (Fruit and vegetable consumption reduce risk of death): https://www.nih.gov/news-events/nih-research-matters/fruit-vegetable-consumption-reduce-risk-death?utm_source=chatgpt.com Empirical: YES The researchers collected real data from large groups of people over many years and measured what they ate and who died. Rigorously testable: NO They didn’t control people’s diets. Other factors like exercise, genetics, and lifestyle also affect health, so the effect of fruits and vegetables alone can’t be fully tested in isolation. Falsifiable: NO The study can’t definitively prove or disprove that eating more fruits and vegetables causes longer life. Exactly reproducible: NO People self-report what they eat, which can be inaccurate, and small changes in how the study is done can change the results. Conclusion: one the most popular studies about vegetables linked to health gets proven as unscientific. Correlation doesn't mean causation. Truly scientific study is impossible for human behavioral nutrition Every human would need to be identical (genetically, epigenetically, microbiomally, objectively etc.) from the start -> Impossible. Even identical twins diverge over time due to tiny environmental differences. Exact same behaviors/lifestyle in every way (exercise, stress, sleep, pollution exposure, social life, etc.) → Impossible. Humans live very unique lives. Perfect compliance with the exact diet (same veggies, same amounts, same preparation, no cheating, no substitutions) for decades → Pretty much impossible long-term. People get bored, get sick, change preferences, or just forget. Start from birth and follow to natural death → Basically impossible. The only way to capture full lifetime effects. These tiny and big natural human differences amplify over decades, influencing how each person responds to the same diet or lifestyle. No matter how controlled a study is, participants are biologically and lifestyle wise unique in ways we can’t fully account for.

Ohh I understand now (Just saw your comment on my post) I didn't thought it like that so basically when you eat animal based fat it helps against oxidisation And honestly Both "tanning" and "bleaching" especially when it's like extreme apart from being unhealthy it also makes you unnatural

@Rabbi said in Which is worse?: Cooked normie diet or raw frutarian: @Arbanon Yes exactly, the plant that makes the fruits has obviously more nutrients than the fruit it produces. Both still extremely low in nutrients. Fruits are just tools for the plants to spread its own seeds. So when the animal shits the seeds out from the ingested fruits, the plants grow from the shit and its moisture and leftover chemicals. Yeah exactly, fruits aren't supposed to be the "main course" they were always eaten as "snacks" or like just enjoy them , I mean I'm still gonna eat fruits like almost every day like that's not something but it's different to JUST eat only fruits like yeah that doesn't make sense
  • why I think children are addicted to video games

It greatly depends if I have to admit, video games themselves aren't necessarily bad like if I have children I wouldn't make them to stop playing video games but I would definitely limit their time being on video games when they are young, like maybe between 30 minutes-2 hours it would depend but regardless of that video games are an "escape" in many cases like many kids sadly don't have friends to go out with and instead they spend their time online because that's where they could feel "welcomed". Also one another thing is that ton of parents don't have the budget to buy their kids like crafting tools, drawing tools maybe a bicycle maybe a toy or whatever and like video games are basically just thrown to the child because it's "cheaper" But honestly the main problem in my opinion is the environment like because of how unsafe the outside can be for a child, many parents don't allow their child outside or they really limit the child's time and where they can be and go and like when that happens the child will just go play video games because they are more "free" there, also many areas don't allow children to play like for example football and ect Also Covid played a really big role in it by basically not allowing us to go outside, there was nothing to do other than playing video games So overall the main reason kids are addicted to video games in my opinion is because simply of the environment and it makes me sad not to see children outside enjoying themselves like I have younger cousins and it makes me really sad seeing them closed almost all day in their tablets playing video games (and it's not even the good kind, it's fucking those Italian brainrot games on Roblox) and like they don't even go outside with friends, like today world is sadly really wicked for children
