@chadcel oh btw, eating raw meat creates growth hormones. Meat pales in comparison. I could be summarising wrong but Aajonus ran an experiment on kids with rawmeat and normal diet. When you don’t eat raw meat the pituitary takes over growth hormone production so you don’t end up a midget and it doesn’t do much when u have enough raw meat

If that’s the case then how come we don’t need any constant force to grow our clavicles, long bones, ribcage. It’s 100% nutrition and epigenetics. 0% habits. Any so called “bad habit” is just a symptom and correlational. Bad posture comes from poor growth, bad tongue posture is only because the palate is too narrow due to lack of nutrition.
