@Rabbi I disagree, tonsil stones are also a system which the body detox's that requires the body to willing use up some calcium to bind to some sort of toxin in the body. The body willingly gives up some calcium to export a toxin out. So as I said before, after years on the diet and significant detoxification it may be possible that your urine is far less toxic and that your can benefit from for example, the stem cells that are excreted.

they wouldn't, If they did want to do this they wouldn't push everybody to this unhealthy lifestyle in the first place. also each one of us is insanely unhealthy compared to any animal outside the affected area (the 7 continents we "know" to exist), we breath toxic gases, radiation, vaccines, diet, everything circulates here.

@Jay people also get detox when it's warm. I think maybe it's an instinctual reaction to cold climates? most animals stay indoors, caves, hide when it's cold, maybe the body understands its cold outdoors and decides it's a better time to perform a detox. to not hinder hunting or other activities, since in cold you mostly rest and chill in your shelter.

Depends what work you do. I'd look for a milk farm so that you automatically can stay hydrated during the time there, cuz if they don't give you milk there than that's crazy. Also look for a farm not too far from a city or a smaller town so that you can buy other things like meat if they don't wanna give or sell you meat for a reasonable price.
