does refrigerating my raw milk reduce its growth hormone availability

ive bought mine for a couple months now already refrigerated but heard that it removes its growth hormone availability although im not sure by how much, is it bad enough that I should be purchasing it non refrigerated?

growth hormone gets destroyed anyway, cold milk is just harder to digest.

@chadcel refrigeration doesn't seem to be an issue chemically but yea it's harder to digest

Pro tip: If you have it in the morning take it out before you sleep and leave it out
Or if you have it before bed take it out the fridge when you wake up
8+ hours at room temp makes it yummers

I always let it just sit outside the fridge it doesnt go bad it just ferments which i dont mind.

@chadcel oh btw, eating raw meat creates growth hormones. Meat pales in comparison.

I could be summarising wrong but Aajonus ran an experiment on kids with rawmeat and normal diet. When you don’t eat raw meat the pituitary takes over growth hormone production so you don’t end up a midget and it doesn’t do much when u have enough raw meat
