@Elliott87 it's about consistent force. When you swallow the tounge naturally sticks to the roof of the mouth and applies pressure upwards and forwards. How else will the maxilla rotate? Ofc the tounge has to fit the palate which wouldnt even be possible without pre-correct posture and nutrition. If your palate is already too narrow then ur cooked sadly mine is tho

@zygomidus bro the maxilla doesn’t need to “rotate” it just needs to grow. So called downward growth is just lack of growth. If that’s the case then how come we don’t need any constant force to grow our clavicles, long bones, ribcage. It’s 100% nutrition and epigenetics. 0% habits.

Any so called “bad habit” is just a symptom and correlational. Bad posture comes from poor growth, bad tongue posture is only because the palate is too narrow due to lack of nutrition.
