Has anyone here been on a wwoof exchange? How was it? What about the food? Was it stressful?

Depends what work you do. I'd look for a milk farm so that you automatically can stay hydrated during the time there, cuz if they don't give you milk there than that's crazy. Also look for a farm not too far from a city or a smaller town so that you can buy other things like meat if they don't wanna give or sell you meat for a reasonable price.
