Is frozen raw milk good?

I wanna try the diet, can I heat the raw milk? It loses some nutrients or not? The milk is coming from quite far away, so I'm concerned about the quality too.

@rawcular11 don't sweat it, just warm it up in room temperature water for a couple hours. Don't heat it up though
