Grew 6cm at 19 in a few months

I haven’t grown since 16 I’ve been 188cm for a long time but since eating raw meat and raw dairy I’ve been feeling taller. Measured today at 194cm. Been working on posture as well but I think the milk is doing it’s job.

@Neko Around 6-7L raw cows milk and a few 100g raw butter along with some raw cheese I buy on occasion. All cows milk from a farm with reallt healthy cows. Calfs that get to stay and drink from the mother they eat grass and cloves in a very large field and just do whatever they want.

@agamvir-gill Not sure but it is really fatty milk. It’s like somewhere inbetween skimmed milk and straight cream.
