@primalcel The more dry a cheese is, the more efficient it is at drawing toxins to itself Drying (the removal of moisture) kills bacteria which disables the enzymes and prevents digestion of the food. When that food is cheese, with its high concentration of minerals and fats, it becomes a potent catch for toxins.

Drink it raw. Pasteurization destroys enzymes, proteins, and beneficial bacteria in colostrum, turning it into a toxic byproduct that causes allergies, digestive issues, and mineral imbalances. Vaccines introduce toxins like mercury and aluminum, and they might end up in the colostrum, but raw dairy even from vaccinated animals is much better than nothing or pasteurized. if its smells like strong chemicals/pharmacy then it should not be drinked, if it smells like normal colostrum, which can be quite strong, its good. if it shows rainbow sheen on top layer throw it away, it always indicates unnatural chemicals. Start small and increase if no negative effects.

Hi welcome the best possible way would be building a relationship with a local farmer that has animals pasture raised 100% grass-fed and finished, never grain feed. the animals should not have vaccines, hormones, antibiotics or mRNA shots. Also best if you see the animal being slaughtered and visit the farm and see their environment. thats the most optimal, 99% people wont ever get there. I would suggest buying from the best farms or shops you have access and trying them, taste is important. If it tastes sweetish and good, then it should be ok, and doesnt smell bad. test many places and start eating the ones that look the best, taste the best and smell the best. so just start calling the farms and shops, or best, call first and visit them, no shipping first. I really recommend you beef liver, try to find it anywhere, its super healing.
