Hydration/Blood

I drink raw milk and often have Aajonus lubrication formula, while it hydrates me periodically I still find myself dehydrated and having dry lips later on in the day. I read some of the posts on here regarding hydration which suggest fruits, raw seafood etc and I already eat a lot of both of these and I am still not hydrated. I don't want to drink tap water or bottled micro-plastic water, is there anything I can do for hydration such as going to a well or spring to collect it myself but I am guessing its all polluted. I saw blood being suggested and I want to try it but can't find anyone selling it at all. If anyone knows where I can get blood in Southern England let me know.

Your saliva is touching you lips or put butter in you mouth and let in melt to hydrate the dry lips due to fat being used for detox when you feel like your mouth is dry
