@naturecel I struggled with dark eye circles for a while whilst on the diet (due to my skeletal structure) recently they’ve gotten better, just focus on getting some sun and make sure your getting some collagen (bone broths, cartilage) and they should clear up the most they can

@primalking67 like other people are saying, you should eat as much as your body needs but also make sure to have lots of dairy and fats for good development

@Swansven yes coconut oil is pretty good, having a hot bath with about a tablespoon of coconut oil will make you smell like it - therefore hiding the sweat smell. but also just applying coconut oil to your armpits will help too
