should u take showers

was wondering if you should take showers since toxins build up on the skin

@veloman that was the recipe I found for sunburned skin. Also, since aajonus death the water has only become more polluted so upping the dose is probably a safe bet

baths are important too but just take showers if you don't have time. Also, why are you looking for validation from other guys being told what you can & cant do. thats sus. Do what you want.

@cilleze being in stressful environments and situations creates harmful byproducts and overall damage and being in hot tub or warm shower helps your body to cleanse those byproducts faster.
