@Elliott87 And i know about vegetable juices. The main point i wanted to discuss was the raw butter mixed with it in the diet. Like should i consume them seperate or is there also some benefit with mixing raw butter within the vegetable juice?

Does putting raw butter in your vegetable juice help a lot? Does something change with the whole juice or is it that the benefits of raw butter alone just gets added to the juice?

@Hunterskull Mixing raw butter with veg juice is bad because juices are for rapid mineral/detox delivery and fats slow or alter that process

I found something about putting eggs in the vegetable juice in one of Aajonus's Q&A's

Q: What is the difference between mixing an egg with the juice versus eating them separate?

A: Okay, when you have egg with the juice, sometimes people's bodies are starving for vegetable juice and they're highly acidic. Sometimes it can cause detoxification and if it has a detoxification and you're having juice the first thing in the morning without an egg in it, without the protein and fats already liquefied, ready to bind with those toxins, you could cause yourself a bad day. It's like having a bad hair day or it's a bad mood day. So I suggest for a lot of people to have an egg in their vegetable juice. If you're fat, no need for an egg. You've already got it readily available. And you're not fat enough.

@Hunterskull yes he advised honey, cream or eggs depending on the current state of the body

but the difference between eggs/cream and butter is that one is purely fat, and the other two is protein + fat mostly.

I still think only putting raw butter into the veg juice is a bad idea
