I used to hate the taste of liver and was forcing it down but recently I started eating it more often and for some unknown reason its started tasting amazing and im craving it often does anyone know the reason for this? Also because of this I want to increase the amount I eat even more because it's so cheap compared to muscle meat I could replace some of it with liver. Im currently having roughly 300-400g of liver a week and feel great but ive heard u shouldn't consume to much, is this to much? or could I increase it even more?

@aiden that's a good amount. As long as it tastes good I would say go for it. Also, oysters can synergize very well with liver, zinc and copper.
