@juz I know freezing it once destroys many good qualities of fresh meat , but i find it very hard to believe aajnous's claims of 80 percent being destroyed , If i eat meat that is frozen only once and thawed , (that too not extreme freezing only a little bit) , How much would i be feeling different or consuming different compared to someone who eats fresh never frozen . In your practical life what has been your experience of eating such once frozen meat . Please tell.

@Liverlover yeah, never refrigerated milk is best. Ask your farmer not to refrigerate it if you can, set it aside at room temp. Next best is is fridge milk that is never cooled below 45°F, any colder than that and the milk will begin to breakdown
