Toxic water

I can't really get a water filter unfortantley.
I'm not really sure what to do as the shower water is destroying my scalp and giving me unhealthy hair. I'm wondering if anybody could give me some advice on how to tackle this problem.

I shower when needed but never rinse my scalp. Expect your hair to be slightly oily for 1-2 weeks before things even out.

@ramus use 2 cups raw milk and 1 cup acv in a full bath tub to help clean bath water for your skin to absorb less of the bullshit . Or in summer I just bathe in the lake. Use raw eggs to wash your hair and beef tallow for soap

@ramus also eat as much raw meat as possible to help grow more healthy hair. Pate your meat if possible and make sure if you're buying ground meat that the butcher only ground it once and not twice or more

@ramus shower filters essentially dont work. So make very quick showers and shower in such cold water so that the water won't strip too much oil from the skin. It will be just somewhat cold but it shouldnt be too cold so that your body gets stressed. Start showering in warmer water then lower the temp as low as you feel comfortable with. Or even better bathe and do what the comment section says
