I'm not really sure what to do as the shower water is destroying my scalp and giving me unhealthy hair. I'm wondering if anybody could give me some advice on how to tackle this problem.</p>

I shower when needed but never rinse my scalp. Expect your hair to be slightly oily for 1-2 weeks before things even out.</p>
