    I'm 18 years old, 183cm. my father is 188cm and my mother is 175cm, and every male in my family is 185cm-2m. but terrible diet (i was obese from 8y/o to 17 y/o) and terrible sleep cooked me.
    I've been 2 years without growth and at 13 y/o i already was 175cm aprox.

    My estimated height should've been 188cm and idk if i'm alr cooked or what.
    What should i do? spam raw milk and sleep 10 hours a day?

      183cm is good. You can still grow tho. Aajonus had clients who grew even after 30.

      "Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!

          Much raw dairy and raw fats will do the job. Eat a strict high fat high dairy primal diet.

            I didn't grow from 16-19 and then grew 6'2 - 6'5. I'm 20 now. Ate and slept like shit + gymcelled from 16-19 + drugs so yeah it makes sense I didn't grow. Then I started eating primal.

              @Liverlover

              That's absolutely crazy congrats.
              Where I live there's no raw unchilled milk so i'll be moving in a month to the countryside to get it. My plan is to do 3L a day + 500gr raw meat and some raw fat. Wish me luck I hope at least I reach my genetic potential
