@Liverlover That's absolutely crazy congrats. Where I live there's no raw unchilled milk so i'll be moving in a month to the countryside to get it. My plan is to do 3L a day + 500gr raw meat and some raw fat. Wish me luck I hope at least I reach my genetic potential

@ramus if its a diet or a habit YOU like to do it and it doesnt harm or affect them then they shouldnt really mock it, if they do then they shouldnt be considered friends to begin with, it is really not that bad to have a small circle of friends in the world we live in now, ofcourse in nature if u were abandoned from a tribe that would be WAY worse than now, u just feel that way cuz of your natural instict, i think communicating your interests to ppl on the internet is enough for you to not feel frustrated, and maybe, maybe meet some of these ppl irl
