Coconut Lube Formula (By Me)

I came up with a New variation of the lube formula to counter the issue off throwing away the white from my morning shake.

This recipe may not be 100% Primal or Optimal but I dont care. It tasted absolutely delicious & quite frankly i figured you might like to try it.

I figured this recipe could be a good stepping stone for people new to raw foods and would slowly like to transition.

Below I have left photo's with the ingredients & measurements. Just heat the butter the same way you would in a regular lube formula.

@veloman Thanks man, after experimenting I find that perhaps 100ml of coconut milk may be best & the more citrus the better. But yeah this is a solid blueprint for if you dont want to waste the whites.

I'd personally wanna avoid making sure that canned pasteurized coconut fat reaches the "hard-to-reach" parts of the body in regards to lubrication but whatever I'm just strict in regards to food
