Ok so you can get raw butter that's amazing and arguably the best fat for beginners due to the easier digestion and lubrication. I mean having a good fat source is essential. Ruminant animal fat is a cheaper option but it doesn't last long in the fridge and my butcher doesn't have it fresh everytime I come, it's not necessarily worse than fresh it's just not nice tasting. Butter will stay fresh for a very long time and it won't taste bad as it ages unlike animal fat. You could have butter as your main fat source. Ideally include some bone marrow also(has to be unfrozen and perfectly raised). Buy as much of it as you want count how much you wanna eat and stock up for like 1-2 weeks depending on how often you come. You can have butter as your only fat source btw.
I eat frozen but very high quality bone marrow
