Thanks, the pork was fairly expensive so I hope that its not grain fed but I guess price isn't really that reliable of an indicator on its quality. I never really thought of eating raw butter but I know where to get it from near me, how often should I eat so I know how much to buy when I next go to the farm.

Is there any issue with eating raw pork, I get mine from a farm and have eaten it a couple times and found it to taste much better than raw beef - not that I find raw beef unappealing. I rarely see people eating raw pork and apparently it's far riskier than consuming raw beef. Just wondering if anyone here eats it and can advise on its safety.
