What’s up. Raw goat milk used to cause acne on my face and neck. I’ve been raw carnivore for a month, and I was wondering if it’s possible for me to process it better? My acne is practically gone otherwise.
@Tyler I have a couple questions before I can answer
-
What is your general genetic background, eg. generally european, asian, native american etc.
-
Are you sourcing the goats milk from the farm or store?
-
Is it pre frozen at any point before you drink it?
-

@RuskinPrimal
Full European, fresh never frozen. (Claravale farms or farmer joes in California.)Thanks for the help bro
@Tyler you probably just have a damaged gut then. Take the milk and ferment it to kefir at room temperature. Use 1tbsp raw honey per 1L milk, and make sure to ferment in glass. Kefir is much easier to digest than fresh milk. After enough time drinking kefir, trying drinking sour milk. Which is fresh milk left out for a couple days and after a while of drinking it sour, if your gut is healed enough you should be able to drink it fresh with no problem. It took me at least a month before I stopped getting issues drinking fresh milk

@Tyler also store milk in the fridge no lower than 45°F, often times buying from the store it is kept lower than that so it's best to source from a farm and get it unrefridgerated getrawmilk.com/map

@RuskinPrimal
Sounds good. How do I make the kefir? Thanks. -
@Tyler Read my first message, I put the recipe in the text

@RuskinPrimal
So all I need to make kefir is raw goat milk and honey? Do I need live kefir grain too? I have manuka honey at home if that works. -

@Tyler manuka is the best, are you in new zeland?
@RuskinPrimal
I get raw manuka on Amazon shipped from New Zealand to California. How long should I ferment with honey? 8 hours or longer? I’ve never heard of making kefir with just honey. I’m new to this space and I believe you, I just want to know how it can turn into kefir without live grains. Thanks for the help. -
