Calm down, the bloat is nutrients going to your face, building bones and detoxing. Focus on getting fat, then u can fix ur lymph which will help ur bones grow. Ur just boneless.
Also getting fat really helps with bone remodelling and growth

Buddy as soon as I went on saladino diet I stopped being bloated after like a month and then I went raw carnivore and I was not bloated at all stop coping bloat isn’t growing your bones -
