fat fucking bloated fuck

i feel like my lymphatic system is very clocked but im too skinny to do hot baths and because of that im perma bloated as fuck
anyone has any tips or quick fixes on how to reduce bloat as much as possible?

Do hot baths for 10-30 minutes 2-4 times a week I’m not super high body fat either and I find that schedule helps me detox without getting super ill

Calm down, the bloat is nutrients going to your face, building bones and detoxing. Focus on getting fat, then u can fix ur lymph which will help ur bones grow. Ur just boneless.

Buddy as soon as I went on saladino diet I stopped being bloated after like a month and then I went raw carnivore and I was not bloated at all stop coping bloat isn’t growing your bones
