How to get rid of fungus from sun

I got this funguses on my back from the sun
Its called Pityriasis Versicolor, why is that happening and how to get rid of it ?@Georgeraw aajonus.net, look up the penicillin destroyer formula.

Smear it with fat(to reduce itching) and let it happen. Probably those are degenerative skin cells that where damaged by the sun, you don’t have any bacteria to eat it so you have a ‘fungus’ doing it. Just let it happen.
Maybe you could put some meat on it too to provide some bacteria and possibly speed it up

@Georgeraw drink it once for 3 days in a row, once a month.
So 3 times over 3 days, then wait until next month to drink it again
