Fake Raw Butter (plz help)

  • In my country, “Raw Butter” needs to be heated to 35 degrees for “safety regulations” but there is no where else I can get true raw butter. I’ve been buying it for almost a year thinking it was true raw.

    Should I just stick to getting my fat from meat & raw milk? Or will I be at that much of a disadvantage buying the fake raw butter?

    Butter is such a staple in in this diet with the lube formula & such.. so I might be cooked

    @Jay

    They do the same with cheese. Majority of the cheese that says "raw milk" or "unpasteurized milk" has been heated too.

    @Jay bro but 35 degrees is nothing, it's not even heated really, like your mom's vagina

    @liverman12 sometimes I wonder if it matters to be so dogmatic or too just not care to much about these minor issues & just live your life.

  • 35 degrees is nothing its still raw its like if you took it out into the sun. Just make sure it says not heated past 35

    @IWantClearSkin Do you know why it's ok for raw butter to be heated to 36 Celsius but raw honey always has to be truly raw?

    @Jay honey is built different, accidently left my raw honeyyyy in a bag under the sun for few hours, separated liquid with the other yellow fluff, never mixed back together.

    @iblamedoctors No, it's an isolated plant fat. Isolated fats like cocoa butter lack the full nutrient and enzyme matrix of whole foods. If you want to do cocoa in a recipe, you can do raw cocoa beans (not the isolated butter) in small amounts, blenderized with raw egg, unsalted raw butter, a little raw cream and maybe some unheated honey.
