<![CDATA[Fake Raw Butter (plz help)]]>In my country, “Raw Butter” needs to be heated to 35 degrees for “safety regulations” but there is no where else I can get true raw butter. I’ve been buying it for almost a year thinking it was true raw.

Should I just stick to getting my fat from meat & raw milk? Or will I be at that much of a disadvantage buying the fake raw butter?

Butter is such a staple in in this diet with the lube formula & such.. so I might be cooked

They do the same with cheese. Majority of the cheese that says "raw milk" or "unpasteurized milk" has been heated too.
