why do i love bone marrow but dislike the fat from ribs, same source

    i go to these arabs in jerusalem, i regularly get cow marrow that i like, but when eating other parts of fatty meat, i dislike how squishy it gets with no apparent flavor.

    i did it a decent amount, sort of forced myself with the fat, no problems at all, just dislike the flavor and texture of that fat.

    any idea why?

      @donaldrawtrump is it good quality yellow fat? That's the real good stuff and it tastes amazing too

        @RuskinPrimal no its not, but i get marrow from the same source and like that much more, so the meat isnt toxic
