Last year I was thinking potassium to sodium ratios are important. Like the higher potassium and the lower sodium in foods the better it is. It was mainly about fruits and for debloat I think, but when I was starting eating primal I was thinking it really doesnt matter much. Is that true? Or are these ratios still important to know on the pd?

"Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!

What do you think will happen if you consume more than you need?

Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!

@Hunterskull You pee them out. So don't worry about the ratios. If you drink milk and drink vegetable juice and eat meat and organs you will never have to think about them. No need to worry bro.

Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!
