Best material to store raw milk in?

Not 100% sure but i think the raw milk (especially if it starts fermenting) may leech metals into the milk. May be why glass is what everybody uses

@01 I'd go with glass. Raw milk gets a bit more acidic as it ferments, and that can slowly pull small amounts of copper into the milk. Glass is non-reactive, doesn't change the taste, and it's just the safer option overall. That's why most people store raw milk in glass.
