    All these guides (whether from google or AIs) tells you to use some sort of chemicals, and sunscreen is ALWAYS included. So I am wondering is there any primal way to fix hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone? I didn't meant avoiding tanning but since I used to consume seed oils I got them burning instead of tan. This all started when I was in my old school, they used to put us outside for assemblies and since the uniform shirt was half, my body except my arms and neck&face look ways darker, creating an uneven skin tone. Though I stopped consuming seed oils now so I don't burn anymore, but the uneven skin tone isn't fixed.

        @wol.ety

        Eat a primal diet high in raw animal fats to even out skin tone from within.

        What you should eat daily for even skin tone.

        • 2-4 eggs, especially yolks

        • ½ lb+ total raw animal fats. Butter with honey between meals. Apply raw butter on your skin too.

        • ½–1 lb raw meat

        To avoid eating:

        • Cooked/processed foods

        • Excess fruit

        "Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!

          @Hunterskull I already eat those tho, especially egg yolks. And don't consume processed food (I cook the whites so I think that counts) and as for fruit, I don't even like sweet at all so no.

          Does applying raw butter on skin actually works? Btw no offense but this seems straight outta Aajonus AI (grok) which sometimes sounds like giving total bs. Still let me know about the raw butter.

              I usually did it for sun protection (more times beef tallow than raw butter tho), but its also good for even skin tone, although diet is more important.
