      @kas-d Tbh your better off just avoiding blue lights after 18:00 and take a walk outside but if you rlly want a blue light blocker here

        @kas-d I don't know which are cheap for their quality, but you can already make sure your phone reflects more red/orange light than blue (put it on night mode also). Being less on your phone is also already better (that's why i deleted many apps like tiktok and instagram. Bullshit ahh apps).

        "Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!

              @NotBloodSteal When its dark, blue light becomes more harmful. I recommend less blue light during the whole day though.
