@ENAMV ferment it then drain it for a few hours through a cheesecloth to make cream cheese, with that u can let it ferment more to make a cheese with similar consistency to feta

@ENAMV after a few days, you will have very little yogurt and buttermilk, the longer you wait, the more watery the buttermilk will get until its no longer buttermilk, so if you wait longer you will have more yogurt and less milk
