    @Chill okay so the toxins are stored in the fat. And what now. When you use the fat for energy it will get released anyway. It’s the same reason people who eat seed oils can’t lose weight bc their body doesn’t want to toxins to be released or at least not quickly.

    @Liverlover the fat escorts the toxins out, but it’s not very efficient and that’s why cheese trains are groundbreaking

      @Elliott87 Yea but do you want to be at 30%? thats the question

      I mean have you seen Roms physique? he looks like a legit 30% and he's been on the primal diet for 8 years!

          @Elliott87 Yeah man i get ya, but i just don't believe he's happy at that weight but more important whether he actually wants to look like that (body image)

          I guess that's just my personal incredulity fallacy & it's not really based on the face that his physique can store more toxins than ours.

                @Liverlover
                well it helps "soften" the detox. I dont know about you but most of us dont want to feel like we got hit by a mack truck when detoxing.
                And thats not why those people dont lose people, its not becausd seed oils are magically preventing you from losing weight. Weight loss comes down do calories in vs calories out. You could get 5 % bodyfat with seed oils believe it or not. Its just that seed oils are snuck into all kinds of garbage high calorie junk foods, and thus people who eat those foods get overweight or obese. Its because of an extreme overconsumption of calories over a long period of time. Then of course seed oils can be addicting or atleast the food they are put into, aswell as their inflammatory nature might slow down metabolism, they are also very calorie dense. But at the end of the day its calories in vs calories out, and not the explanation you gave.

                  @Chill yeahh i agree but wouldn’t you agree people who eat junk food are so toxic their body is literally afraid of burning the fat bc the toxins in there?

                    @Liverlover i wouldnt agree tbh. Fat loss comes down burning more enrgy than you consume. Thats it, doesnt get more complicated than that. Certain diets and food might slow down metabolism but that is only a problem since you burn less energy, which leads us back to my point: calories in vs calories out.

                      @Chill right but your body can still control your intuition by strongly resisting the deficit, so hunger. If it knows burning bodyfat releases toxins it might try to keep you in a surplus so it doesn’t have to face that
