@rawPrimalBube1 I would recommend shifting your focus to environmental toxins and making sure you get sun. Things like your bed area where you spend a third of your life or more can make a big difference. And yes, gut health is absolutely incredibly important for your skin. You should make sure to get enough collagen so that you can heal your gut. The junctions in your gut are incredibly thin, and having optimal repair is essential.

@rawprimalbube1 hey man first of all @swansven dropping some facts so listen to him.
secondly, if i could go back in time to when i was 14 like you are now, i would be drinking raw milk, and even better yet, raw colostrum in the morning and evening, even during the day. I think @ruskinprimal recommended me 3L raw milk daily when i was still new to the forum since im 17 and still have lots of benefits to gain from the raw milk related to puberty and development. But everything i can improve you can improve even more. I really want to help you out, like almost everyone here, so i have no problem if you would send me a message to ask any questions, matter of fact it would make me happy. Anyways as people already said, drink kefir and clabbered milk for the acne. I have one more question for you, i assume that since you have been on the diet for a year, you might already know this but still, how much fat do you consume? Your biggest caloric intake calculated in % of daily caloric intake should come from fat, not from protein. Its recommended to have a 1:1 fat to fruit ratio when consuming fruit, and the fat you want to be comsuming in general needs to be butter. Not animal fats as thats where the toxins are stored.

RELAX! That means the diet is working, you are detoxing!
Eat more fat it should become less severe.
If acne really bothers you that much try give your body alternative ways to detox: cheese trains baths etc

@rawPrimalBube1 Personally, my skin was the best on cooked carnivore maybe because it halts detox. Also, tried rubbing raw liver on my skin like once a week and I think it had some noticeable effects after a month. Idk I can't experiment anymore cause I don't have acne anymore but liver has a bunch of natural retinol in it.

              Enjoy the raw milk

@rawPrimalBube1 Also, dairy can be a problem for some people, even if it's a2 milk. That ultimately could be causal in your acne. It varies heavily on the person though. Just another thing to try. If your milk isn't a2, then try finding a2 milk as that can absolutely make a huge difference in the inflammatory state of your body. A2 milk comes from certain breeds of cow that retained the a2 form of casein and basically all other mammals like goats, sheep, buffalo, ect.

@Elliott87 there's more of a release of beta-casomorphin 7, which is an inherently inflammatory peptide. A2 releases less. A1 causes a lot of GI inflammation which is most definitely a cause of acne. I would say biochemistry is a hard science that's provable. But there can be harmful narratives that promote victim mentality rather than empowering people and giving them the knowledge necessary to change their health themselves.
Here's something that will resonate with you:
There was a genetic mutation caused by human selective breeding by cattle. This replaced the 67th position amino acid from proline into histidine. There were two breeds of cattle that weren't affected by this. The only two remaining are jersey and guernsey cows. All other mammals and those two cow breeds remain producing a2 milk. Some people say that switching to a2 is a more important switch for inflammation than switching to raw milk. I know, sinful. But this mutation is a result of a violation of nature, so it makes sense.

                        Enjoy the raw milk

@rawPrimalBube1 Do not listen to goatis, his PD video showed his true colours : he’s low iq

Also all of Goatis’s takes are from Aajonus, Richard Ramirez, Richard Ramirez’s uncle, Charlie Manson
