Does anyone know a good alternative for supermarket hair products (shampoo, "sea salt" spray etc.)? I want to make my hair look good, but i fear that chemicals are destroying my health.

I only use water to wash my hair but every once in a week I wash my hair in a mixture of cold water, apple cider vinegar and high quality sea salt . Try that out

Egg yolks (to strengthen hair and acts as a natural conditioner, makes it shine too)

Raw apple cider vinegar (to get excess dirty shit out of hair, helped my dandruff aswell)

theres a guy on yt called selfmaxxer if u wanna dabble in it

@newuser I don't think so , you don't put much Acv into the mixture anyway. Maybe you will smell a little like acv after for a little bit

Zero products, I only rinse with spring water daily.
