    beef has the biggest amount of adrenaline and other hormones, those hormones give you a lot of energy, which result in you being more hyperactive. It's better to eat a meat like raw fish or chicken before bed because they have less adrenaline and calm the nervous system.

            Drink milk before bed, especially the shakes
            maybe a cheese train. thats it.

              @Alexander Seems to be theology. Why would red meat have more adrenaline than white meat? And suppose it did, why/how does that make a difference?
