Slop ingredients question

We all know poeple put harmful "ingredients" and chemicals in processed supermarket slop. Ingredient lists on these "foods" are extremely long. But are there also ingredients and processes they don't mention on the packages? Do they hide something more?

Yes, they do.
Unrelated but whenever you take medication they use it as an opportunity to vaccinate you even more (sneak poisons in - the goal of vaccinations)

think of it this way, in the usa, a baked good like a pizza or hamburger, can be classified as a vegetable to serve to school lunch for kids. there are a lot of loopholes that there companies exploit as much as they can.
