I'm 15 years old, 171 cm tall. My father is 193 cm and my mother is 166 cm. I have very little facial hair so far and I think I'm still in the middle of puberty.

My goal is to maximize my growth potential and reach my full adult height. What are the most evidence-based things I can do during puberty to support height growth?

Are there any nutrients that are especially important (protein, calcium, vitamin D, vitamin K2, magnesium, zinc, etc.)?

Are there habits that can reduce growth potential that I should avoid?

All according to primal diet of course

Hey man hope this help, dm if you have any questions! Im 17 btw and happy to help.

Sleep both long hours but also key hours. Follow the circadian ryhtm its super important.

Raw milk: Contains what a baby mammal needs to grow to a full grown mammal, like IGF-1 for example. Where do you live and what animals are around you? some animals like camel have insanely nutritious milk.

Raw eggs: If the eggs from a hen was fertilized from a rooster, it would grow to a chicken. Basically, the egg contains what an animal needs to be formed. A nice option here if you dont want to eat raw eggs is to cook the whites and keep the yolks raw.

General food: Eat in a caloric surplus! People will tell you "lean is law", its not plain wrong but here we want to ensure growth so play it safe and supply your body with enough energy and nutrients to grow.

So milk and eggs are goated, eggshells if you wash them and maybe also roast them are good. Meat is very good. Blood is nutritious but im unsure about how good it is for height specifically.

Bone broth and bone marrow are very good, however wait with eating them raw if you are new to the diet, otherwise eat them cooked that also works. Cartilage and tendons follow the same procedure.

Get a lot of sunlight, it helps your circadian rythm and hormones. This is nitpicky but dont eat out of plastic or teflon if you can. Basically nothing than can leak or leach. If bad stuff gets to your food it can disrupt your hormone production and hurt things like thyroid, pituitary gland, testicles and so on.

Be careful of GMO food, lots of fish, escpecially salmon is GMO, even if its wildcaught. Smaller fishes can be better here. But GMO food in general is something you want to dodge like your life depends on it. The same people telling you the negative effects are tiny are the same ones that see you, your family and your health as a statistic. A number. Something you chew on and spit out. So fuck that , dont eat gmo food.

Posture: Not as important as diet and sleep but still good. Fix any hip, spine, neck, knee imbalance that you have. Anterior pelvic tilt, archback spine and forward neck are classic ones. A lot of imbalances are snowballs, they start small but go unnoticed until they become huge problems. So even if a small imbalance or weakness occurs in you ankle, deal with it super fast, doint wait one second. I want you to know that some imbalances are fully natural, for example you heart and liver sit on different sides of your body, so ofc that will have effect. But tons of imbalances are a result of modern lifestyle, and those are very much fixable.
Make sure to strenghten weak muscles to not slouch.

This is all you need, if you have any questions again just dm.

Good sleep, raw milk, animal fat and raw meat. It's not that complicated

@Georgeraw important to get un refrigerated raw milk as often as you can, store it in fridge that is no lower than 45°F and let it warm up to room temp before drinking(about 5hrs)

@Georgeraw Milk, bone marrow, raw butter, lots of outside time in the sun and grounded, brain or oysters perhaps. Sleep well obviously, but you're probably bound to if you do this

                Enjoy the raw milk
