Good sleep, raw milk, animal fat and raw meat. It's not that complicated

I'm 15 years old, 171 cm tall. My father is 193 cm and my mother is 166 cm. I have very little facial hair so far and I think I'm still in the middle of puberty.

My goal is to maximize my growth potential and reach my full adult height. What are the most evidence-based things I can do during puberty to support height growth?

Are there any nutrients that are especially important (protein, calcium, vitamin D, vitamin K2, magnesium, zinc, etc.)?

Are there habits that can reduce growth potential that I should avoid?

All according to primal diet of course

@Georgeraw important to get un refrigerated raw milk as often as you can, store it in fridge that is no lower than 45°F and let it warm up to room temp before drinking(about 5hrs)

@Georgeraw Milk, bone marrow, raw butter, lots of outside time in the sun and grounded, brain or oysters perhaps. Sleep well obviously, but you're probably bound to if you do this

        Enjoy the raw milk

To me it seems people on the primal diet forgot that they are kind of hitting the point of diminishing returns as far as nutrients in general go. Assuming good quality is available.

Some might gain significantly more height by doing intense sports such as bodybuilding or athletics.

@courage ahaha nah, they hit the limit on ‘common’ nutrients.

Not sure what to describe it as

@Elliott87 No offense, but no matter how good your nutrition intake is, an athlete on the primal diet doing 90% in both will always outperform people trying to do only 100% in one, in literally every single way.

From total life span to overall look to most likely even height.

Honestly, many on the primal diet are lazy, which to me is weird; doing exercise once in a while can't possibly be harder than eating raw meat every single day lol. On the other hand, I admit, many people doing sports are dumb, because they do it either far too often or try to take shortcuts by using steroids or supplements which is basicly poison.

@courage I actually agree with this just from the standpoint of diminishing returns.

You're going to be getting most of your macros and micro nutrients in if you eat mostly raw & still feel pretty amazing. I cook my egg whites & eat a medium cooked steak twice a month. It's not that deep. Still feel pretty amazing.

People would rage in any primal community because I don't follow strictly but that's OK, i probably enjoy my diet more than they do and still feel amazing. It's why the FaceIQ lens has always appealed to me. I'll have some dark chocolate here, pineapple too whilst getting 100 grams of raw butter & 400-500 grams of raw meat or cooked chicken breast (what i had today)

Yeah, you'll do OK eating like me. Just avoiding seed oils, grains & table sugar, green vegetables (& caffeine as well to an extent) is more than enough. Who cares about "ascending" total cringe. My way of eating is sustainable & actually viable for social situations.. And again i can guarantee you i enjoy what i eat more than most people on this forum 😉

i kinda i agree with you, and as @jay mentioned finding something sustainable is important. However, there is no way a single one of us here is over 25, i doubt anybody is older than 23 even.

Your clavicles stop growing at 23-25, so for every single one of us there is are significant gains to be made in growing wider and improving our frame. The faster we do that the less gains we leave on the table.

Also, every study ever done, with the exception of a few have been on cooked food and tons have been on "normal diets", where all kind of goyslop like red 40 can emerge. So when your eating a diet like this with like no anti nutrients and pure nutrition things might change a lot, for example you could still keep growing taller a bit. Thats just my theory tho.

feed your body as much nutrients and bacteria as you can, be in a non stressed state, sleep good and get a lot of sun. If your plates are open youll grow for sure a little bit
